Company Update

This is our first weekly update, and it's a big one.

We're committed to full transparency – sharing our progress, our plans, and even our past mistakes.

Last week was about recovery, compensation, and laying the foundation for sustainable growth.

We're building Franklin X in public, and we want you, our partners and our community, to be a part of that journey. We've made mistakes, and we're owning them. Now, we're focused on building.

Core Swapping Functionality: Prioritizing the core swap functionality – users talk to Franklin AI, and the AI executes the trade. Working on making this process as seamless and user-friendly as possible.

AI Agent Refinement: Adjusted prompts and did first testing, for first user experience testing next week.

This section covers the marketing efforts by the marketing team and external marketing agency.

New Website

We have a new site and we made a full domain migration from https://franklinxprotocol.ai to frnx.ai!

We also moved all links on social, dtf.fun and other sites to link to frnx.ai instead. If you see a link to franklinxprotocol.ai somewhere, please let us know and we’ll update it.

Referral marketing

We are working on a referral system that allows users to refer others to Franklin X, with a foundation for tracking referrals and administering manual payouts of 10% of fees to referrers.

We are worked together with our product team to finalize the code for our referral tracking. But everything will be built in-house, allowing us to fully customize the code and payouts.

In short, it will work like this:

Users will be able to invite their friends or on social media with an affiliate link link such as: frnx.ai?ref=REFERRAL_CODE

If you invited someone, and they swap, you will receive 10% of their fees.

Why we are doing this:

This will help boost organic traffic by allowing us to reach out to people with a lot of influence in the community, imagine a big account with 100k followers tweeting about us, and they get only 100 people to sign up and swap $10,000. That would generate $2500 in fees, which in return generates $250 in referral fees.

In the past weeks, we have improved this conversion rate by adding a direct chat widget on the homepage:

🛣️ Road to 250k MRR for Franklin X

We are building multiple revenue generating products on the Franklin X Protocol. The first product is our Portfolio Generator which allows swapping into them with a 2,5% fee.

This is a combined roadmap, outlining our shared goals for the next 30 days. We're prioritizing product development, organic growth, and community engagement.

Do my first $BDTF curation, swapping out and swapping in new meme coins based on performance.

Create 1 more DTF with strong Utility projects on Base with $DTF as governance token.

Collaborate with new partners on X to grow the $DTF community and exposure.

Attend X Space next Wednesday hosted by Reserve Protocol talking about the future of DTFs.

Get more partnerships like Merkl to boost incentives for people to hold $BDTF.

Work on our partnership with IMF to unite meme communities and becoming a coordination layer utilizing the Pump and Pool launch.

This week has been about rebuilding trust and setting a new course.

We're grateful for the community's patience and support.

We know we have a long way to go, but we're more determined than ever to build a truly innovative and user-friendly DeFi platform.
